Terms of delivery
The delivery times given by us apply on the date on which the agreement has been reached.The articles are delivered in the Netherlands, subject to stock and not otherwise agreed in writing not later than 15 days after the day on which the agreement has been reached. The Articles are delivered outside the Netherlands, subject to stock and not otherwise agreed in writing, within 30 days after the day on which the agreement has been reached and we have received payment.
In case of late delivery, a note of absence in writing will be made.
If an item is not in stock we will try to order this article as soon as possible. No rights are granted on reorders.
Returned items should be stamped and with written reason of returning. A return will be for the account and risk of the consumer. An article may be exchanged within 8 days in original packaging. Without original packaging articles can not be exchanged.
If an article is no longer in stock we will refund your payment in full.
